Linda Ferrara has lived in Floral Park Village since 1993. In 2003, Linda became a Realtor so she could share everything the wonderful village lifestyle offers with others. Linda takes the time to listen and learn about what her clients’ needs and desires are while studying the market, so she can effectively help them when buying or selling. In addition, being skilled in social media and marketing technology keeps Linda on the cutting edge of her profession. Linda has received the designations of CBR, (Certified Buyer Representative) and CNE, (Certified Negotiation Expert). And she is proud of her recent award as Team Player of the Year in 2016 of the Floral Park Office! In her free time, Linda enjoys cooking and trying new recipes for family get-togethers. Linda also enjoys being near the beach whenever time permits.
